What costs what?

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. One-time top-up credits never expire.
Need extra credits?
Paid plans can buy one-time top-ups from $5 to $10,000. Every $1 adds 50 credits, and those top-up credits never expire.
Limits
Operational limits are part of the product
Image extraction uses network, browser, document, and export workers. Limits keep queues reliable while paid plans receive higher priority and capacity.
Active jobs
Active job limits protect queue health. Free (1), Starter (1), Pro (3), and Scale (10) receive progressively higher active concurrent job allowances.
Documents
Document extraction supports PDF, DOCX, and PPTX. File-size limits vary by plan and may be adjusted to keep processing reliable.
Exports and retention
ZIP export artifacts default to 4 hours of retention. Signed download links are short-lived so downloads do not stream through the web app.
Billing support
Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy for duplicate charges and valid technical or payment issues within 48 hours.
