Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run ImageExtract: account profile details, authentication records, project settings, API key metadata, webhook configuration, billing records, credit ledger entries, extraction job metadata, source URLs, uploaded documents, extracted image metadata, and support messages you send us.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, process URL and document extraction jobs, deliver previews and downloads, operate API keys and webhooks, calculate credits and limits, provide billing support, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and improve reliability.
Uploads, URLs, and extracted assets
You control the source URLs and files you submit. Uploaded documents and generated artifacts are processed only to provide the extraction result, download, API response, or webhook event you requested. Avoid uploading sensitive documents unless you have permission and the workflow requires it.
Retention
Source document uploads and temporary uploads default to 1 hour of retention. Extracted document image artifacts and ZIP export artifacts default to 4 hours. Job records, result metadata, billing records, webhook delivery records, and account activity may be retained longer for product history, billing, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and support.
Processors and security
ImageExtract uses infrastructure, database, object storage, queue, email, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. Access to production systems is limited to operational, support, security, and compliance needs. API keys and webhook secrets should be kept private by account users.
Your choices
You can delete jobs, rotate or revoke API keys, update webhook destinations, and request account or privacy help. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
