Refund window
You can contact us within 48 hours of a charge if you believe the payment was accidental, duplicated, or affected by a technical or payment-processing issue. We review each request against account activity, payment records, and service usage.
Eligible cases
Refunds may be available for accidental duplicate charges, failed or incomplete payment flows that still charged you, or technical issues that prevent reasonable access to a purchased plan or credit top-up. We do not promise refunds for completed extraction usage, abuse, or requests that conflict with payment-provider rules.
Credits and subscriptions
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire while the account remains active. If a refund is approved, related credits, plan access, or account balance may be reversed to keep billing records accurate.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or use the contact page with the account email, payment date, amount, and a short explanation. Please do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
