Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026.

Use of the service

You may use ImageExtract only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rights, policies, robots directives where applicable, and technical limits that apply to the content you submit or request. You are responsible for the source URLs, files, and downstream use of extracted images.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, project API keys, and webhook destinations. Keep credentials private and rotate them if exposure is suspected.

Acceptable use

Do not use ImageExtract to target private systems, bypass access controls, overload third-party sites, collect content you are not allowed to process, upload unlawful or highly sensitive files, or send webhook traffic to destinations you do not control. We may rate limit, pause, or suspend activity that creates security, abuse, legal, or reliability risk.

Billing and credits

Paid plans, top-ups, credits, and billing features are governed by the pricing and billing rules shown in the product at the time of purchase. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, while top-up credits do not expire while the account remains active. Abuse or fraud may result in suspension.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Requests should be made within 48 hours for accidental duplicate charges or valid technical or payment issues. Approved refunds may reverse related credits or plan access.

Availability

We work to keep the platform reliable, but uptime, extraction success, third-party source availability, browser rendering, document parsing, image completeness, and processing latency are not guaranteed in every case.

Service changes

We may update features, limits, pricing, queues, retention windows, and integration behavior as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the product, documentation, or policy pages when appropriate.
